Tell Me About Your oogly
Making an oogly is a fun, creative way to build intimacy and trust in a therapeutic or counseling setting. ooglys help establish quick rapport by creating an environment where personal expression is safe.
Additionally, ooglys can offer valuable insight into the clients inner life. The primary use of ooglys is play therapy. While it is a natural to use with children, the simple humor of oogly reaches people of all ages and has been used repeatedly in private practice, women's shelters, eating disorders and other therapeutic programs.
There are many ways to incorporate ooglys into a session. They make great openers. As a final activity, they can bring closure and integrate what has come up. When they are part of the regular routine, children can look forward to coming to the session.
